Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Open account customers – 30 days from invoice date. To open an account with General Bank Supply, Inc., please provide three (3) trade references and the name and address of your bank with your initial order.
Your satisfaction is our guarantee!
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive your return authorization number. A return authorization number must be received prior to the return of any merchandise. Once your return is received a credit will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please note that all custom orders are non-returnable.
The customer may be responsible for shipping charges, unless General Bank Supply is responsible for the product error.
Shipping Policy
All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. A minimum shipping and handling charge of $8.75 will apply to all orders. General Bank Supply must be notified within 30 days of receipt of product of any shipping discrepancies. Orders are shipped F.O.B. Troy, MI or point of origin.
