Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Open account customers – 30 days
from invoice date. To open an account with General Bank Supply, Inc., please
provide three (3) trade references and the name and address of your bank with your initial order.

Return Policy
A Return Authorization number from General Bank Supply must be received prior to the return
of any merchandise. All returned shipments must be prepaid. Returned merchandise is subject
to a 20% restocking fee. No returns of special orders and customized products.
Shipping Policy
All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. A minimum shipping and handling
charge of $8.75 will apply to all orders. General Bank Supply must be notified within
30 days of receipt of product of any shipping discrepancies. Orders are shipped F.O.B.
Troy, MI or point of origin.
